Cause and Effect.

What a flashback.....Of Liv and Ava laying next to each other with their balloons around their foot. They would be entertained forever and it would tire their little legs out. I got Liv's birthday balloons and thought I would see if Lottie was interested. Well, She loved it. She has mastered the developmental milestone of cause and effect. She was so proud of herself when she would kick her leg and make the balloon bounce around. She kept at it for awhile.
